Leadership made weekly decisions off a spreadsheet that one analyst manually updated from four different source systems, with no way to catch a stale number before a meeting.

Build a data pipeline that pulls directly from the source systems on a schedule, model it into a single warehouse layer, and front it with a dashboard built around the three decisions leadership actually makes every week — not every metric that could theoretically be tracked.
